This is an Administrative position! We are searching for someone who wants to stay with our company long-term and who is willing to grow from within!

Responsibilities:
 

  • Follow-up on drawing approvals
  • Order entry
  • Shipping Coordination/Support
  • Assist with quotations
  • Order promotional materials
  • Create reports
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare product quotations
  • Other duties that may arise from time to time

Skills:
 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Degree not required, but a plus
  • Customer Service experience a plus
  • Must like working as a team
  • Ability to maintain deadlines
  • Administrative experience
  • Must have a service-oriented attitude
  • Data entry experience
