National law firm Polsinelli welcomes highly skilled attorney Eric E. Lynch to the firm as shareholder, bolstering the firm’s litigation capabilities in Phoenix and nationally. Lynch has more than 20 years of extensive experience as a litigator, trusted advisor and trial attorney in a wide variety of industries. His move to Polsinelli is rooted in a desire to be able to provide his clients with access to strategic thinking and legal guidance from coast to coast.
“Polsinelli has a national reach and a rich trial history that I found attractive,” said Lynch. “The attorneys are focused on understanding their clients’ business and committed to addressing their clients’ business objectives.”
Lynch’s practice is focused on addressing sophisticated and complex commercial litigation matters including business torts, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract, breach of partnership, fraud and civil RICO matters. Licensed in four states, Lynch has represented clients in the construction, mining, real estate, banking and finance, insurance, utilities, technology and manufacturing industries.
“Eric is a highly respected attorney who is able to understand his clients’ business objectives and find ways to resolve conflicts even when they are facing very difficult circumstances.” said Russ Jones, chair of the firm’s Business Litigation Division. “His breadth of experience will be a valuable asset to our group.”
Lynch joins a number of litigators in the Phoenix office who have received many honors and recognitions for their legal achievements. The national Litigation Department includes attorneys who are Fellows in the American College of Trial Lawyers. Polsinelli was recently recognized as the fastest-growing law firm in America by The American Lawyer. Last year, the firm moved to the 69th position from 78th in The National Law Journal’s ranking of the largest U.S.-based law firms.
Lynch earned his law degree from The John Marshall Law School, and earned his B.A. from Syracuse University.
