Sprouts Farmers Market plans to add 200 full- and part-time jobs as it expands its Greater Phoenix presence with two new stores opening this fall in Scottsdale and Mesa.
The Scottsdale location, at 1480 N. Scottsdale Road, is scheduled to open Oct. 30 and will bring 109 jobs to the community. The Mesa store, at 1110 W. Southern Avenue, Suite 1, will open Nov. 6 with 91 positions. Opening one week apart, the stores will expand the specialty retailer’s local workforce and access to its fresh, natural and organic products.
Sprouts offers team member discounts and career advancement opportunities, along with what the company describes as competitive pay. The retailer is seeking applicants who share an interest in healthy eating and the products offered throughout its stores. To staff the new locations, Sprouts will hold hiring events Sept. 22–23 at Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort, 5001 N. Scottsdale Road, for the Scottsdale store, and DoubleTree Phoenix/Mesa, 1011 W. Holmes Avenue, for the Mesa store. Both events will run from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 22 and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 23, with no interviews between noon and 1 p.m.
