televerdeIncreasing use of mobile and online tools by consumers means buyer preferences are constantly changing. To keep up, reps are spending an average of 50 percent of their time sifting through department data to find the right info to reach the right target. A new survey by Televerde shows that 60 percent of sales and marketing departments are not on the same page on customer engagement strategies, despite the fact that 70 percent say interdepartmental communication about customer engagement is very important.
