Kitchen Sink Creative is launching the first-ever brand marketing campaign for luxury home builder, Camelot Homes. The campaign, titled Classics Never Go Out of Style, was created to differentiate Camelot Homes in the marketplace and establish a recognizable luxury brand for the family-owned home builder, which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. The brand campaign will be rolled out through digital advertising, organic social media, and select print ads, beginning in September.
“We had a lot of fun developing this campaign,” says Kitchen Sink Creative Managing Partner Kory Kapfer. “The goal was to showcase Camelot’s commitment to building lifestyle-focused homes since the 60s. We used nostalgia marketing to create some iconic lifestyle images of the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and today, using the stunning homes in Camelot’s current lineup, including the Bronco community, as the setting.”
Kapfer says the creative team drew inspiration from noted American photographer Slim Aarons when developing Camelot’s new brand campaign. “Slim described his subjects as ‘attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places’ and that really hit the target for what we were trying to achieve with this aspirational campaign,” notes Kapfer.
Kitchen Sink Creative began working with Camelot Homes in January 2022. This is the first ad campaign the agency will be implementing for the homebuilder. Brand films for select communities are slated for later this year.
