Virtual Services Co. Helping Businesses Adapt to the New ‘Virtual’ Normal

Smart to Finish Office Solutions

As more entrepreneurs race to move their operations online during the pandemic, Smart to Finish Office Solutions (STF) is helping them adapt to the new ‘virtual’ normal by providing cost effective online marketing solutions.

According to Amber Miller, the founder and Chief Delegation Officer of STF, “COVID-19 is changing the way companies do business online.  From overseeing minor tasks to setting up large ZOOM conferences and sales systems, we’re filling in the gaps for companies who may not have in-house expertise in those areas.”

The company, founded in 2004, provides virtual services to businesses both in the U.S. and internationally. Miller employs a remote staff of 10 “Delegation Divas” hired for their technical expertise and business acumen.  Services are provided on a 10 hour monthly minimum basis and no contract is required.

STF’s services include managing the online business presence for clients, developing product launches for online courses and webinar set-up and management. They also support advanced marketing systems including Infusionsoft, Kartra and Ontraport, said Miller.

One of STF’s clients is Ali Brown, entrepreneur, mentor and the founder of the ‘The Trust Network for 7-8 Figure Women Leaders,’ based in Scottsdale.

“Most entrepreneurs get stuck in everything ’tech’ it takes to market their brand and sell online. There’s no need to do it yourself, or even figure out what you need. Smart to Finish is a great resource for busy business owners who need virtual assistance and support,” Brown said.

A marketing and technology expert, Miller launched the company when the concept of providing virtual services was very new. Starting as a solo entrepreneur, the company became profitable in its first year of operation which allowed her to begin hiring employees to support her growing clientele.

She decided to call her staff the “Delegation Divas” as a friendly twist to the term virtual or online assistant. Today, she and her team provide services to 53 clients based throughout the U.S., Canada and Australia.

Miller came up with the idea for the company when she saw that many entrepreneurs needed assistance with marketing and other tasks but didn’t have the financial resources to hire staff.

With COVID-19 the game as changed, she said, as now larger businesses often need online project support due to downsizing.

“We first do an intake to assess where help is needed. Some organizations just require assistance in a particular area. We’re much more than just a standard virtual service organization in that our staff is highly trained in almost all aspects of business,” she said.

In addition to their online client-based services, STF also partners with small businesses may not have the time, resources or funds to hire and manage a full-time staff.

“Several of our clients simply “white label” our services so that they can grow and increase their client-base and income quickly,” said Miller.

When asked why STF has been so successful, Miller says “Our clients are not just tasks to us. We become part of their mission and journey. We are in it for a long term relationship.”
