Chicanos Por La Causa, one of the largest community development corporations in the nation, recently broke ground on a new mixed-used, market-rate development in Mesa focused on Light Rail transit and community within walking distance of the Downtown area. The Residences on Main will feature nearly 200 apartment units and 19,000 square feet of retail space to promote a walkable, active downtown environment, and is part of a larger vision from Chicanos Por La Causa to offer diverse housing opportunities in Mesa.
