CapRock Partners’ marquee Phoenix asset is CapRock West 202 Logistics, an eight-building, industrial warehouse complex along Loop 202, south of the I-10 interchange. At total project completion, it will offer 3.4 million square feet of Class A industrial space on 183 acres, making it the largest speculative industrial development in Phoenix’s history. The first phase, consisting of 2.5 million square feet across five buildings, is complete and actively leasing.
