Located on west Southern Ave. and south Rooks Road, the 131 acres of land is zoned for industrial purposes. Equipped with a Certificate of Assured Water Supply allows this prime piece of real estate to be subdivided into multiple facilities.

This news comes on the heels of Arizona Land Consulting’s unprecedented $138 million closing, announced in August. Earlier this month, the company also revealed it had closed on 600 acres in Casa Grande, which it purchased for $40 million. Both recent acquisitions bear a similar strategic vision for the land consulting firm – a continued commitment to earning quick and lucrative returns for its investors, in addition to welcoming new industrial development and economic growth to the state of Arizona.
