Things are heating up at one of the Northwest Valley’s hottest retail destinations this summer with expansions and additions featuring some of the most in-demand retailers at Arrowhead Towne Center during the second quarter. In June, construction will begin on the next premium brand joining the shopping center: gorjana.
The beloved jewelry brand — launched by ASU graduates and power couple Gorjana Reidel and Jason Griffin Reidel — will make its West Valley debut at Arrowhead Towne Center this fall. Famous for its effortless, everyday pieces, the Southern California–inspired jewelry brand blend timeless elegance and modern style.
The store will reflect the brand’s California-inspired ethos with a space that offers a laid-back yet luxe experience where shoppers can enjoy personalized styling sessions with in-store experts who will help them craft the perfect layered look tailored to their individual style.
“Gorjana is the latest example of premium retail brands who are gravitating toward the energy and momentum across the West Valley,” said Gabrielle Ochoa, General Manager for Arrowhead Towne Center. “These new retailers are seeking proven partners like Arrowhead Towne Center as they enter the market, while several of our existing tenants have significant projects underway that reinforce the center’s continued appeal for major brands and shoppers alike.”
By the end of May, Victoria’s Secret and PINK will each reveal significant remodel projects, and American Eagle will do the same this summer — all showcasing the brands’ latest store design concepts and reflecting that prominent long-term tenants recognize the value of reinvesting in premium retail space at the center.
“These legacy tenants have experienced long-term top-performing success at the center,” Ochoa said. “They’ve seen their shoppers spending here and are rewarding that loyalty by sharing flagship concepts and expanded selections of their most in-demand products. The strength of this market area, including more residents inclined toward more discretionary spending, makes it a smart place for retailers to invest and grow.”
That energy is propelling other brands, too, like Aerie, which is doubling its presence with the addition of a dedicated OFFLINE by Aerie store. Beginning in May, Aerie will remain open in a temporary space through the summer and reopen in a larger location this fall, with the reopening coinciding with the completion of the new OFFLINE store.
In addition, Earthbound Trading Company opened earlier this month, bringing a selection of clothing, accessories and gift items designed for free spirits, curious souls and adventurous nomads. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen also opened in May in the center’s Food Court serving a menu featuring classic fried chicken and other Southern staples.
This momentum follows several years of steady growth. Earlier this year, Foot Locker Kids and Perfumania opened new stores. In 2025 alone, Arrowhead Towne Center welcomed nine coveted new retail brands. Kendra
Scott and Fabletics both made the center their exclusive West Valley home, and James Avery opened its first Arizona store. Hot Topic doubled its footprint with a newly renovated flagship store, the largest in Arizona, and Pickleman’s Gourmet Café made its Arizona debut just before the holidays.
Previously, in 2024, Shoe Palace completed an expansion, Build-A-Bear remodeled its footprint, Sizzle Korean BBQ opened its doors and Garage became another West Valley exclusive for the center.
