Every October, the region's business leaders gather to celebrate the women shaping Greater Phoenix — on stage, in print, and in the community long after the applause ends.
Women of Achievement has grown into one of the best-attended business events in the Valley. Each of the fourteen honorees is featured in the Women of Achievement special section of the SEPTEMBER 2026 In Business Magazine, then celebrated live on stage in front of hundreds of guests, this year on October 23, 2026.
Three honorees take the mic themselves in a TED Talk–style setting, sharing the real stories behind their success. The Luncheon celebrates a single Lifetime Achievement honor — reserved for a leader whose impact reaches far beyond her own career. This year's Lifetime Honoree is SYBIL FRANCIS, President & CEO at Center for the Future of Arizona.
