New eCommerce Capabilities from Sales and Marketing Software Empower Small Businesses

Keap

Keap, the leader in sales and marketing automation software for small businesses, today announced expanded ecommerce capabilities in its Pro and Max products, tying award-winning customer relationship management (CRM), sales pipelines, payments and automated marketing campaigns to the key functionality small businesses need in a customer-facing online store.

With these new capabilities, Keap incorporates all the ecommerce tools small businesses need under one roof while also allowing a deep integration of ecommerce platforms that many businesses already use. Keap’s ecommerce platform also triggers powerful and intuitive automations, and syncs directly with its CRM, making it easier for customers to save money and use one tool for all their business needs.

“As an entrepreneur, I used to pay for multiple tools to run my business online and it was not only costly, but also frustrating and inefficient,” said Jade Olivia, Keap customer. “Ever since I started using Keap, I only pay for one platform and still get all the functionality I could want – and it’s easy to use, too. Now that new ecommerce capabilities are available, I’m excited to bring in more revenue, all while avoiding the chaos that comes with integrating multiple software solutions.”

The customizable ecommerce platform includes easy-to-use checkout forms, a native Shopify integration and premium payment processors directly within the app. Checkout forms are one of the key features, offering the ability to quickly implement one-click upsells, promo codes and subscription payments, so customers can drive repeat business and increase the value of each sale. In addition, Keap’s native Shopify integration triggers automated follow up when a cart is abandoned or a purchase is made. This helps businesses close more deals while saving time. In addition to this and checkout forms, the new capabilities include:

  • Sales reports
  • Quickbooks Online integrations
  • Native payment processors (e.g. PayPal, Stripe and more)

“Small business owners are some of the busiest people on the planet, so we’re constantly focusing on integrating core acquisition, nurture, and sales tools to decrease their costs and headaches,” said Rajesh Bhatia, CTO at Keap. “We heard from our customers that maintaining and linking different software to run their online stores was expensive, time consuming and added to the chaos of running their business. We knew we could simplify this challenge by adding key ecommerce features to our platform, enhancing integrations with Shopify and payment processors and creating even greater value by connecting those to other crucial workflows.”
