Binsr Inspect, a proptech startup founded in Arizona, is preparing to launch the first AI-powered home inspection platform built to help inspectors work faster, boost revenue, and deliver a smarter, more seamless experience for clients and agents. The company recently closed a $1.1 million pre-seed round led by New Stack Ventures and Silence VC, with early support from Phoenix-based Lofty and its Scottsdale-based founder Joe Chen.

Founded in 2023 by ASU graduates Mark Garcia and Aryash Dubey, Binsr Inspect is transforming inspections from a manual, fragmented process into a smart, streamlined workflow using AI voice, AI video, and automated pricing estimates. The platform aims to reduce time spent on manual documentation and increase efficiency for inspectors in the field.

“Home inspections are packed with valuable data, but most of it gets trapped in static PDFs. We want to unleash that data for the benefit of homeowners, agents, and inspectors,” said Mark Garcia, co-founder and CEO of Binsr Inspect. “We’re building a smarter, faster way to inspect homes, one that helps inspectors focus on what matters most: the inspection itself. Most inspectors still rely on outdated technology, with some still using Microsoft Word for reports. We built Binsr Inspect using modern technology and AI infrastructure to change that.”

Garcia, a former Salesforce executive and three-time startup CRO, previously helped scale commercial real estate software startup Buildout from zero to $30 million in revenue before its acquisition. His co-founder, Aryash Dubey, is a senior at Arizona State University and a self-taught AI engineer who founded his first software company at age 16, generating over $200,000 in revenue to fund his U.S. education.

Dubey leads the development of Binsr’s AI infrastructure, which includes everything from AI voice and video-enhanced inspections to AI-powered data and home insight analysis.

Hemant Dua, also an ASU senior, joined as the company’s founding engineer and is focused on optimizing performance and speed for inspectors using the platform.

“Arizona is our home, and we’re proud to build here,” Garcia said. “We believe in the growing Silicon Desert and the incredible talent coming out of ASU and the local tech community. Our goal is to be one of the largest companies with the smallest workforce, driven by smart technology and lean operations, so we can pass that savings along to our customers.”

Binsr Inspect has been in closed beta testing with inspection companies across the U.S. and will officially launch this month. More than 500 home inspection companies have already joined the waitlist, with early feedback calling the platform “mind-blowing” and “the first tool that actually makes us more efficient.”

“We believe AI-powered vertical SaaS is the future of legacy industries, and Binsr is leading that charge in home inspections,” said Luke Skertich, principal at New Stack Ventures. “This is a $500 billion market still reliant on outdated, manual workflows and is ripe for disruption. Mark Garcia’s deep experience in home services, paired with Aryash Dubey’s cutting-edge AI leadership, makes Binsr uniquely positioned to modernize inspections and become the go-to platform for buyers, inspectors, and long-term homeownership.”

Binsr Inspect is headquartered in the Phoenix metro area and operates as a remote-first company. The team has three employees and plans to more than double in size over the next six months, hiring for software engineers, operations, and support.

The name Binsr is an ode to Arizona real estate. BINSR, which stands for Buyer’s Inspection Notice and Seller’s Response, is the document used to negotiate repairs and credits after a home inspection.

The company’s long-term vision includes building powerful tools not only for inspectors, but also for real estate agents and homeowners, helping with everything from transaction efficiency and productivity to AI-powered home onboarding.

“Our mission from day one has been to simplify home buying and home ownership, starting with the home inspection,” Garcia said. “We’re building tools that support all parties involved to make everyone’s lives easier.”
