An expansion of PAX’s premium rideshare style model, the new offerings include a first-of-its-kind “transportation open bar” concept, giving event planners and hospitality coordinators a seamless way to provide safe, reliable and elevated rides for their guests without common frictions like individual app downloads, limited driver availability and surge pricing.
Event planners can book a dedicated PAX fleet with a tailored itinerary – whether setting up a continuous shuttle between venues, on-demand cars stationed at an event or an efficient multi-stop plan. Organizers can add custom amenities, such as champagne service or on-board refreshments, and receive a custom URL to share with guests. Attendees simply use a code to ride freely during the event’s set hours without the need to download an app or call a car service to summon a vehicle. For additional flexibility, planners can also create custom discount codes for guests to use outside the event window.
The result is safe, effortless and premium transportation that reduces logistical headaches while elevating guest experience – whether coordinating an executive motorcade for business leaders or arranging stylish, high-class comfort for a wedding or gala.

PAX’s new offering comes on the heels of its app launch to riders across the Valley earlier this year. While the app isn’t required for event packages, it’s available on the App Store or Google Play for riders who want PAX’s private driver-style experience for day-to-day transportation needs – from scheduling rides in advance and browsing detailed driver profiles to riding with the same trusted driver every time.
