Scottsdale Quarter has signed lease agreements with Hill House Home and L’AGENCE, marking the Arizona debut of two of contemporary fashion’s most compelling brands. Hill House is slated to open late summer to early fall of this year, followed by L’AGENCE in early 2027, marking the latest milestones in an active year of leasing for the property.

L’AGENCE, the Los Angeles-based brand known for blending Southern California ease with a Parisian sensibility, has built a rapidly expanding standalone retail presence with boutiques in New York, Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, Houston, Chicago and internationally in Paris and Seoul. The 2,408-square-foot Scottsdale Quarter shop, which will be located in The Quad marks the brand’s first standalone store in Arizona.
Hill House Home has grown from a digitally native brand into a carefully scaled retail operation with nine locations across the country. Known for its signature Nap Dress and a loyal customer following, the 2,250-square-foot Scottsdale Quarter boutique located on 73rd St will be the brand’s first Arizona location and first in the Southwest.
The signings build on significant momentum at Scottsdale Quarter over the past year. Additional retail, dining and office announcements are expected throughout 2026 as the property continues to solidify its position as one of the Valley’s premier mixed-use destinations.
