YAM Properties is expanding its Glendale shopping complex Citadelle Center with three new wellness and retail tenants heading into the new year: The Foundry Yoga, Rejuvenate Mind Body and Bella Lily Bridal.
“We’re thrilled to elevate the Citadelle Center with upscale wellness and retail options for customers,” said Marta Kenny, director of operations for YAM Properties. “Each tenant will bring something new to the table, and we can’t wait to see them prosper in the Arrowhead Ranch area.”
The Foundry Yoga
Foundry Yoga is a hot yoga studio opening its sixth location at Citadelle Center on Thursday, Dec.12. Owners Julie Valenzuela and Blythe Nordstrom have been teaching at other Arizona locations at The Foundry for over eight years and decided to bring the inspiring space to the Arrowhead Ranch community. The studio offers 10 transformative classes with a highly trained instructor to fit every yoga practitioner’s level, including hot yoga, Pilates and meditation. The Foundry aims to provide a space of self-love, improvement and a community free of judgment.
Rejuvenate Mind Body
The health and wellness provider Rejuvenate Mind Body is launching its first store specializing in services designed to refresh and revitalize clients. Its offerings include red light therapy, compression therapy, warm water hydrotherapy, cold plunge and infrared saunas. Each treatment focuses on enhancing both physical recovery and mental well-being. Owner Matt Murray will foster a sense of community in Glendale and contribute to the health vitality of nearby residents.
Bella Lily Bridal
Bella Lily Bridal’s newly reopened space has found a new home on the second floor of the Citadelle Plaza, thoughtfully redesigned to create an intimate and inviting atmosphere. Crafted with care, the updated bridal boutique offers private suites where brides can enjoy personalized attention from expert stylists, all while trying on a curated collection of exquisite bridal gowns from some of the most sought-after designers. They have reimagined every detail to offer a warm, memorable experience for every bride who walks through their doors—because for these brides, it’s not just about finding *the* dress, but about making every moment special.
