RED Development continues to advance the retail offerings at Biltmore Fashion Park with a series of newly signed leases, a recent opening and previously announced tenants progressing toward opening this year at the iconic Phoenix destination.
Among the latest activities, RED has signed new leases with FP Movement, the Free People brand of stylish, performance-ready activewear, and [solidcore], further strengthening the center’s mix of fashion, wellness and fitness offerings. Both tenants are scheduled to begin construction this month and are expected to open in spring 2026. Part of URBN’s global brand portfolio alongside Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie, FP Movement will occupy a space between Rye 51 and Warby Parker, while [solidcore] will open a studio near alo.
“Expanding our presence in Phoenix allows us to better serve our growing community,” said Josh Rainey, senior director of real estate and growth at [solidcore]. “Biltmore’s vibrant, upscale setting is the perfect home for [solidcore], offering a welcoming space where members can build strength, consistency and connection.”
Biltmore Fine Art recently opened a fine art gallery in a pop-up space across from Pomo Pizzeria, led by veteran gallerist Robert Casterline, co-founder of Casterline|Goodman Gallery with established locations in Aspen and Napa. The limited-time gallery will feature rotating exhibitions and curated works, drawing on Casterline’s decades-long track record representing post-war and contemporary artists and advising collectors nationwide.
Previously announced tenants Herman Miller and La La Land Kind Café are also moving toward opening this year. Herman Miller will debut a showroom next to Ralph Lauren, bringing its globally recognized ergonomic furniture and human-centered design to the Valley for the first time. Slated to open in late February, the showroom will feature a curated environment showcasing signature pieces, including the Aeron Chair. La La Land Kind Café is expected to open later this year near True Food Kitchen.
“Biltmore Fashion Park has always been defined by its mix of exceptional retail, dining and culture,” said Mike Ebert, managing partner at RED Development. “Our focus is on continuing that legacy in ways that feel current and well considered.”
In February and March, Biltmore Fashion Park will also serve as a backdrop for a slate of arts-focused happenings, beginning with Artlink’s 13th Annual Art d’Core Gala, which returns in its Prismatic form on February 28 at 5 p.m. The immersive evening will explore art in its most radiant, flavorful, stylish and multifaceted expressions while officially launching the 38th Annual Art Detour, setting the tone for a month-long celebration of arts and culture across the Valley. The center will also debut Art Walk at Biltmore Fashion Park, an inaugural free Sunday afternoon series presented in collaboration with Axiom Contemporary Gallery and Artlink. Art Walk will take place on March 15 from 1-5 p.m., featuring rotating curated exhibitions by Arizona artists displayed throughout the outdoor shopping destination, inviting collectors, shoppers and the surrounding neighborhood to experience local art in a non-traditional, walkable setting. On March 28, the property will play host to the Arizona WineGrowers Festival, an immersive tasting experience of Arizona’s world-class wines featuring more than 40 Arizona wineries.
As the state’s original luxury outdoor shopping and dining destination, Biltmore Fashion Park is home to more than 45 shops and restaurants, including national names and local favorites. Flagship retailers like Life Time, Ralph Lauren and Macy’s anchor the center, alongside popular destinations such as Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, J.Crew, Williams Sonoma, True Food Kitchen, Blanco Cocina + Cantina and Pomo Pizzeria.
