The Board of Directors of Capital Pump & Equipment announced the appointment of Nathan Ball as Chief Executive Officer, effective August 17, 2026. Nathan joins Capital Pump & Equipment with extensive executive leadership experience in industrial and infrastructure field services businesses and will lead the company through its next phase of growth.
As CEO, Nathan will build upon CPE’s strong foundation, furthering CPE’s commitment to delivering exceptional service, technical expertise, and innovative pumping solutions while expanding the company’s reach into new geographic markets.
Nathan brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience in infrastructure and industrial services. He has successfully grown field operations, built high-performing leadership teams, and driven operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and employee development. His ability to scale service organizations and partner with customers to solve complex challenges positions him well to lead CPE as the company continues to grow its specialty pump rental and engineered solutions business.
