Phoenix-based luxury tiny home builder myHAUSING has announced a year-round partnership with the Arizona Housing Fund, pledging $1,000 for every unit sold. From October 15–18 at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Fall Auction, myHAUSING will more than double its impact—donating $2,500 per unit sold—and offering buyers $1,000 off when they make a direct donation of $25 or more to the Arizona Housing Fund.

Founded in 2019 by Bank of America executive Howard Epstein, the Arizona Housing Fund has raised over $2 million, granting $1.9 million to 11 nonprofit housing projects that have housed more than 646 formerly homeless individuals around the state.

myHAUSING founder Erick Rene, who previously worked in affordable housing finance, said the cause is personal: “I’ve seen firsthand how well-designed, attainable housing changes lives and strengthens communities. Partnering with the Arizona Housing Fund lets us help more Arizonans find a safe, stable home.”

myHAUSING’s flagship model, the Vettel Haus, which will be displayed at the Barrett-Jackson Fall Auction, is a no-compromise mobile tiny home featuring premium finishes — such as a Smeg refrigerator, Bose sound system, Samsung TV, and high-end fixtures — all included in the base price. Built to the same rigorous standards as high-quality RVs, it can be moved, repurposed, and placed without lengthy permitting or disruptive construction.

“It’s through partnerships like these that we are supporting critical housing projects for our state’s most vulnerable,” said Epstein. “I look forward to one day being able to fund enough permanent, supportive housing units for every Arizonan in need.”
