OneAZ Credit Union and the State Forty Eight Foundation announce the launch of a new partnership that aims to uplift and empower small businesses and entrepreneurs across Arizona. As part of this collaboration, OneAZ will serve as the Official 2024 Local Financial Partner of the State Forty Eight Foundation. Additionally, OneAZ President & CEO Brandon Michaels will join the Foundation’s Board of Directors.

The State Forty Eight Foundation aims to empower Arizona-based entrepreneurs and small businesses in order to encourage innovation throughout the state. The foundation’s mission aligns with OneAZ’s efforts to support local establishments, contributing to not only the success of the state’s economy, but also to the communities these organizations serve.

Small businesses, comprising 99.5% of all Arizona establishments and totaling 650,151 in the valley, are vital to the state’s economy. Recognizing its pivotal role in driving economic growth and fostering innovation within the state, OneAZ is committed to serving over 11,000 of these Arizona-based companies.
The State Forty Eight Foundation shares this dedication to local businesses – having awarded nearly $100,000 in grants to small enterprises within the state.
As OneAZ and the State Forty Eight Foundation join forces, OneAZ will also sponsor all of the foundation’s Beyond Business events in 2024. These free bi-monthly networking events offer valuable resources and opportunities for connection and collaboration for local entrepreneurs.
