The James Agency, a leading fully-integrated marketing agency, is proud to announce its expansion of 4,178 additional square-feet of office space. The move comes at a time when many agencies have downsized or moved to remote work, further solidifying The James Agency’s position as a resilient and forward-thinking leader in the market.

The expansion aims to support the agency’s fast-growing team and client base, creating a larger and more collaborative workspace conducive to fostering creativity and innovation, all while prioritizing the essential aspect of company culture.

Located downstairs from The James Agency’s current 8,278 square-foot office, the expanded space will feature brand new, state-of-the-art technology, a “coffee shop”-style meeting space for collaborative work, a production studio facility, additional conference rooms and more. The team will begin to move into the expanded space in late December.

“This expansion is a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication to our clients,” said Veronique James, founder and CEO of The James Agency. “While others in our industry are eliminating office space, we are investing in our future. The expansion will allow us to better serve our clients and attract top marketing talent.”

The James Agency’s commitment to exceptional results for its clients has led to an increase in demand for its services and consulting, making it necessary to lease the new office space through June 2028.

Andrew Cheney, Principal of Lee & Associates represented the company in the transaction, as well as Charlie von Arenschtildt from CBRE, who represented the QUAD, a 160,000-square-foot next-generation office complex where The James Agency’s office resides.

“The James Agency brings a sense of creativity and community to the QUAD,” von Arentschildt said. “We’re so glad they have trusted us as the home for their agency for 6+ years and we’re happy to be brought along for the expansion project.”

The expansion will increase the agency’s total space to 12,456 square-feet, which comes at an exciting time for the agency.

“TJA is a great example of many businesses in Greater Phoenix thriving, and expanding their valuable office experience, instead of shrinking it,” said Cheney. “The engaging culture this woman-owned business generates hits you the moment you walk through the front door.”
