New Strategic Marketing Firm Launches from OH Holdings to Help Clients Attract and Retain Loyal Customers

OH Holdings

OH Holdings has launched a new marketing firm, OH Adaptive, with the goal of providing clients with one-on-one, strategic marketing services that attract and retain loyal customers. OH Holdings is the parent company of OH Partners, one of the nation’s fastest growing advertising and digital marketing agencies with 175 employees in Phoenix and Las Vegas.

OH Adaptive joins OH Partners, Matter Films, Nomadic, OH Predictive Insights, and OH Strategic Communications as part of OH Holdings’ portfolio of companies that cater to an ongoing need for specialized creative content, strategy, research and analytics to support the needs of brands, their leaders and their bottom line.

Simon Beltran serves as OH Adaptive’s president and managing partner. Beltran’s extensive marketing experience spans more than two decades and includes executive positions with Shutterfly and 4Over, Inc. In addition, he currently serves as president and chief revenue officer of O’Neil Printing, Inc. in Phoenix.

The firm was also co-founded by Nicole Matt, Senior Director of Marketing Communications and Erica Anderson, Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives.

Helping Clients Better Understand Their Core Audiences

OH Partners’ President & CEO, Scott Harkey, said the decision to launch OH Adaptive came after more than a year of discussions with Beltran.

“Clients often don’t know what they need or may not truly understand their core audiences. Customers are always changing, too, so companies must adapt quickly to change,” Harkey said. “Simon and his team have developed a nimble agency model that is hyper-focused on one-to-one communications. OH Adaptive becomes integrated into their clients’ business, analyzes customer databases, and recommends more efficient ways of engaging with and converting customers.”

Beltran said OH Adaptive can help small to mid-sized enterprises throughout North America.

“Our clients are so busy in their day-to-day operations, they appreciate having OH Adaptive as an extension of their marketing department,” he said. “We don’t just analyze data…we consider the psychology behind consumer purchasing habits and then help our clients implement strategic changes to attract and maintain loyal customers.”

Insights Lead to Smarter Marketing Decisions

Matt said a better understanding of customer’s audiences can create big savings for clients. The firm accomplishes this by utilizing data to make smarter marketing decisions.

OH Adaptive recently added Chosen Foods, Equitable Advisors Southwest, DFG 401K Advisors, and GenStone Realty to its roster of clients.

“Recently, we worked with Chosen Foods to promote their avocado-based products,” Matt said. “Our customer insight was that consumers wanted the option to purchase their products online. They also want to buy from brands that have a heritage and a good mission. Based on that insight, we developed an e-commerce marketing plan and launched a video series about the brand’s heritage. After launching the campaign, their avocado oil was the number one product on Amazon Prime Day in the Grocery and Gourmet Foods category. In addition, the three videos produced by our sister company, Matter Films, were featured in Adweek – a first for both of us!”

OH Adaptive is located on the 16th floor within OH Partners’ office at 3550 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix. The wholly-owned subsidiary of OH Partners employs two other full-time employees: Erin Powers, Marketing Strategist, and Emily Kredit, Marketing Coordinator.

Matt Owens and Scott Harkey, co-owners of OH Partners, formed OH Holdings last fall. Owens and Harkey serve as Co-Chief Executive Officers of OH Holdings and Scott Harkey serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of OH Partners.

OH has worked with many notable national brands in diverse categories, such as gaming, tourism and hospitality, entertainment, healthcare and consumer packaged goods. The forward-thinking, inclusive firm has vast experience working with national and regional brands, such as Virgin Hotels, Wynn Resorts, Arizona Lottery, Four Peaks (Anheuser-Busch), National Geographic, Best Western, STP, Armor All, the United Nations, Dole, Offerpad, and many other large brands.
