Return-to-Office Benefit: Foodja

by Steve Sprinkle

Workplace restaurant delivery and catering platform Foodja recently launched Foodja Cafe, an employee lunch program designed to encourage employees to return to the office. Offering a reliable and cost-effective workplace benefit, Foodja Cafe allows employees to order their own customized meals from their favorite local restaurants. It has seen great success as employers adopt hybrid work schedules.

Employees are looking to order their own personalized, individually packaged meals from local restaurants while employers are looking to create a great workplace experience to welcome employees back to the office. Our Cafe product serves both needs.

Traditional employee benefits such as 401K and health insurance are great to attract and retain employees, but they are expensive. Foodja encourages them to come into the office, mingle with co-workers during lunch, and increases their productivity.

Developed to meet the unique catering and meal program needs of companies, Foodja can accommodate businesses with 20–20,000 employees. The Southern California-based company is currently operating throughout California, Arizona and Texas, with plans to expand to additional U.S. markets.

Steve Sprinkle is the founder and CEO of Foodja

Plans start at $20 per month per employee
