Ditch the fork for just one second, and get your mouse ready. Devour At Home pre-orders will open on Feb. 1, 2021, at 9 A.M. on devourphoenix.com and will sell out fast. Arizona’s local restaurants need our support. So for one weekend, on Feb. 27-28, 2021, join culinary leaders who have worked tirelessly to establish Arizona as a sought-after dining destination for a virtual celebration of Arizona cuisine with Devour at Home. From a plating competition to exclusive chef demos, join Local First Arizona and some of the valley’s renowned chefs for a delicious weekend that spotlights Arizona culinary talent and rallies to support local restaurants when they need it most.

Whether you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind late Valentine’s Day surprise or want to take your weekly takeout night to a new level, Devour at Home is here to help. Each day will feature a select roster of the Valley’s most renowned chefs and award-winning restaurants offering a limited quantity, one-night-only prix fixe menu for four people, for a total of $200.

Each order will include Devour Culinary Classic signature wine glasses, warming instructions, chef bios, a beautifully designed 2021 Devour at Home placemat, a commemorative thermal tote, and fun additions from sponsors.

While it may be hard to pick just one restaurant to support, you’ll get full access to some of your favorite chefs from The Breadfruit & Rum Bar, the larder + the delta, Beckett’s Table and Southern Rail, Gertrude’s, and The Parlor through virtual sessions. Chefs will also judge a #DevourAtHome Home Plating Contest. Enter for a chance to win mouthwatering prize packages featuring local breweries, the Desert Botanical Garden and more!

Participating restaurants will receive 100% of the proceeds. Devour at Home is supported by Arizona Federal Credit Union, Arizona Milk Producers, Arizona Office of Tourism, Bar & Restaurant Insurance, Castle Real Estate Group, Edible Phoenix, Full Swing Video, Hensley Beverage Company, and Shamrock Foods.

Devour Week, a multi-event food and drink experience hosted annually in February, receives annual recognition from the Arizona Republic, Phoenix Magazine, and Phoenix New Times. At the helm of Devour Week is the Devour Culinary Classic, named the Best Southwestern Culinary Festival by The New York Times.

While the 2021 event won’t be held at the Desert Botanical Garden, Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance (SAACA) and Local First Arizona are looking forward to hosting the 13th Annual Devour Culinary Classic in its traditional format. Get ready for a multi-sensory dining experience in 2022 — as it ought to be.

Plating Contest

Simply plate up your Devour at Home meal and share it on social media by tagging @DevourPhoenix and using the #DevourAtHome hashtag. The participating chefs for Devour at Home will select three lucky winners the week of March 1.

Devour Phoenix is an initiative of Local First Arizona and rose as a collaborative coalition of local chefs working to create a destination food and dining scene worthy of national prestige. The cornerstone of this coalition is Devour Week, a multi-event food and drink experience hosted annually in the Spring in partnership with Desert Botanical Garden and the Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance (SAACA.)
