West USA Realty, Inc. Chief Operating Officer Todd Menard announced today that Stone Path Real Estate has merged with West USA Realty through its Internal Broker Alliance (IBA) program. Stone Path Real Estate, a 100-agent real estate company based in Gilbert, Ariz., will become Stone Path Real Estate Group at West USA. Stone Path founder Patti Haugland will remain as president.
The merger is part of West USA’s Internal Broker Alliance (IBA) program, which West USA is expanding within the Arizona marketplace. The core idea of the IBA is that West USA Realty will provide the administrative, broker, recruiting, training, agent support service, coaching and branding, allowing the IBA participant to focus on the sales side of the business. The goal of the IBA brokerage model is to take the administrative hassle out of running a brokerage and allowing participants to focus on the sales side of the business.
“At West USA we are honored that Patti and her leadership team has chosen our IBA brokerage model above all others to provide the brokerage support and service to lead her business into the future,” said Mr. Menard.
