The new joint venture is named Delta-Semi, and will combine resources and leverage the strengths of both companies to provide additional options and flexibility in providing automation and robotics to their customers.
“The joint venture lets us offer our customers what they have been asking for, such as more competitively priced manufacturing for limited motion systems and tooling, drone surveying and mapping, and 3D scanning and 3D printing for prototyping.” said Lyle Rusanowski, President & CEO of Delta Technology. “Having another facility just a few hours south of the border also provides us with additional capacity for making whole systems and components for our customers.”
