Inside-Out Learning, Inc. and Dr. Sharon Lamm-Hartman launch the inaugural Virtual Workplace Engagement Series: Where’s the Water Cooler?.
In an effort to help leaders and companies stay centered during times of transition, Dr. Lamm-Hartman and her team of executive and transformative coaches decided to launch this innovative virtual program which is inspired by current events.
“During this time of crisis, leaders and professionals must know how to keep their teams engaged and how to connect virtually,” said Dr. Lamm-Hartman. “Working from home is not easy for many companies. We designed this program to provide the tools that leaders and managers need to operate and communicate virtually. The main purpose of the series is to ease concerns and decrease stress levels as employees and business owners adjust to working from home. Even after the coronavirus, we expect more and more people will continue to work virtually.”
Inside-Out Learning will host four facilitator-led modules via Zoom software that will provide an abundance of tips, strategies, and interactive exercises.
