Spectrum Medical’s mission is to end HIV, providing services to prevent HIV using PrEP and to care for those who are living with HIV to be undetectable and untransmittable. We work with the community to make sure there is a place for those who have been exposed to HIV get the care within 72 hours of exposure.

Spectrum Medical has been instrumental in the work and mission of the Fast-Track Cities Initiative. Appointed by the Mayor of Phoenix to serve on the City of Phoenix’s ad-hoc committee for the initiative, Dr. Thanes Vanig has shared that knowledge and expertise with other cities that want the success Phoenix has shown over the past three years.
