REDW Adds Lori Clark and Promotes Patricia von Kolen

REDW LLC, one of the largest and most respected certified public accounting and business consulting firms in the Southwest, announces the promotion of Patricia von Kolen and the hiring of Lori Clark, both within the firm’s Tax Department in the Phoenix office. “We’re very excited to expand our Phoenix Tax Department with the addition of Lori Clark, who has a wealth of experience serving clients across numerous industries which will benefit our clients,” said Sandy Abalos, principal of the Phoenix office of REDW. “REDW has great appreciation for our extraordinary team members, which is why we’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Patricia von Kolen within our tax team.”

Lori Clark joined the Tax Department in Phoenix in June 2014 as a Senior Accountant. She has seven years of accounting experience, including eight tax seasons and more than four years of corporate tax experience, serving clients in several industries that include real estate, construction, financial services, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, restaurant franchise, equine, farming and nonprofit. Clark has a passion for community service; prior to moving to Arizona, she was active in numerous organizations, including the Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, the Salvation Army and the Kosair Children’s Hospital. A past member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs and the AICPA, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.

Patricia von Kolen was promoted to Tax Supervisor within the firm’s Tax Department in Phoenix in June 2014. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation from Arizona State University. She joined REDW in 2012 and has more than11 years of accounting and tax experience.
