Point B Inc., a management consulting and venture investment firm, has been honored with the No. 1 spot in the nation on the When Work Works award ranking. The award, part of the national When Work Works project administered by the Family and Work Institute (FWI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), evaluates employers based on their effectiveness in offering opportunities for learning; a culture of trust; work-life fit; supervisor support for work success; autonomy; and satisfaction with earnings, benefits and opportunities for advancement.
