Melody J. Cline-Valdes, assistant vice-president at Comerica Bank Scottsdale-Riverwalk branch at 4545 N. Scottsdale Rd., recently joined the North Scottsdale Business Connections Chapter of AmSpirit Business Connections.
AmSpirit Business Connections organizes professionals, business owners and sales professionals for the primary purpose of helping each other succeed by networking through an exchange of qualified business referrals. Cline-Valdes will occupy the banker category for the chapter.
Cline-Valdes has 33 years in the banking industry, more specifically in retail banking. In her current role, Cline-Valdes leads a team of individuals who work close with her to provide a high level of customer service. Cline-Valdes uses her years of experience to help each client achieve his and her financial objectives through a personalized and tailored approach. She prides herself on looking at the next three to five years for her clients and helping them align themselves with the right partners to achieve their desired results. Cline-Valdes also has a passion for nonprofit organizations and serves on several boards to help these organizations meet their financial commitments.
Cline-Valdes has managed and coached at all different levels within the Retail Banking Division and uses her expertise to grow her own team along with her customers. Cline-Valdes sets the bar high in regard to performance and results. During her career, she has been awarded six times the highest recognition of honors from her peers.
Cline-Valdes is a native of Arizona and all her family currently live close by. In her spare time, she enjoys her three granddaughters and two daughters and spends most of her free time showing them some of the amazing things to see in Arizona.
