Derma Health Skin & Laser opened its doors at three Valley locations (Chandler, North Phoenix and Gilbert) Saturday, May 16 and welcomed employees back to work while keeping the public’s safety its first priority. On the day of a patient’s appointment, customers are required to wear face masks in common areas like the lobby. A limited supply of face masks for patients are available for a small fee. Skincare specialists will be wearing masks and face shields during the entire service. Guests will also remain in their cars before their appointment and will be met outside for a COVID-19 screening before entry.
“Our top priority is acting responsibly during this time, and in order to properly train employees on updated medical protocol and make sure patients feel safe in our business, we waited multiple weeks to open our doors,” said Trish Gulbranson, founder and CEO of Derma Health. “We are now so excited to have our teammates and clients back in the clinic and feel truly prepared to keep everyone safe.”
Medical sanitation requirements performed by Derma Health are already rigorous and have continued to evolve during the pandemic to provide the safest environment possible. Skincare specialists will be following strict cleaning protocols multiple times throughout the day. The amount of people inside the clinic will be limited and clients are asked to not bring additional guests to their appointments.
Virtual consultations are still available for guests who are not ready to visit the clinic yet and will include a full skincare analysis and treatment plan. Skincare products recommended can be purchased online and delivered directly to patient homes.
