Experience Matters, an organization that connects skilled Baby Boomers with nonprofits in need of their time and talent, announces Beth Fiorenza is joining the organization as chief operating officer. Fiorenza has been with Tempe Community Action Agency since 2004 in her role as executive director.

“Beth brings an array of leadership skills to our organization, including programming, budgeting, strategic planning, organizational management and partnership building. These are skills that are of great value to our entrepreneurial and rapidly growing organization,” stated Nora Hannah, chief executive officer at Experience Matters. “In addition to serving on our board of directors for the past year, Beth has also been a user of services, having hosted three Encore Fellows at Tempe Community Action Agency. She knows first-hand how this resource can build value for our community,” added Hannah.
