Catholic Charities announced that three new key staff members have joined the organization.
David Paddison, CFO and VP of Administration, will oversee all of the administrative services departments of Catholic Charities including finance, accounting, IT, HR and facilities management. Paddison was previously the director of finance at Take Charge America, a nonprofit debt counseling company.
Tamara Bonhannon, senior director of advancement, will be responsible for implementing the resource development strategies at Catholic Charities Community Services, including fundraising, community/church and corporate relations, marketing and volunteers services. Most recently, Bohannon had been executive director of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Arizona.
Renee Targos, marketing manager, will head up public relations, digital marketing, resource gathering, direct mail, content management and support marketing services for field staff. Targos comes most recently from the international relief and development organization Food for the Hungry, where she worked as a content development manager.
Founded in 1933, Catholic Charities provides care for the vulnerable of all faiths in Phoenix and northern Arizona through programs in foster care, early start education, housing, veteran services, refugee relocation and poverty reduction.
