Governor Doug Ducey and the Arizona Department of Health Services have partnered with the community to expand COVID-19 testing for Arizonans. Again, this Saturday, several community providers will be participating in the Arizona Testing Blitz.
Below is information on where to find the COVID-19 testing sites, hours of operation, and information about pre-registration. Additional sites and dates are constantly being added, please check back often.
Policies and procedures for patient criteria, billing, and pre-registration requirements vary by site. Please call or visit a testing site’s website for more information. Sites participating in the Arizona Testing Blitz are offering diagnostic testing for COVID-19, which is designed to determine whether a patient is currently infected with the virus. Antibody testing is not a part of the Arizona Testing Blitz.
