10K Donation to Phoenix Ryan House

Larry H. Miller Toyota Peoria Aug. 15, 2017

Recently, employees from Larry H. Miller Toyota Peoria presented a generous check in the amount of $10,000 to Ryan House, an organization that provides therapeutic, palliative, respite and end-of-life care to families whose children are experiencing life limiting or end-of-life journeys.

In addition to the contribution, a group of dealership employees donated their time by assisting with a patio rejuvenation project and planting flowers in pots outside each of the family suites. Ryan House is the only organization of its kind in the Southwest and one of two in the country. Services at Ryan House are provided at no cost to families.

Larry H. Miller Charities, which is funded largely by employee contributions, provided a $5,000 donation, which was matched by Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. The late Larry Miller strongly believed in giving back to the communities in which the group’s companies conduct business . This latest charitable deed, among the many carried out by Larry H. Miller Dealerships each month, perfectly fulfills the philanthropic mission he envisioned for his company and employees so many years ago.
