Banner Health is opening a newly constructed Banner Health Center in Scottsdale. The center officially opens its doors to patients on Jan. 27 and is located at 7669 E. Pinnacle Peak Rd., Suite 220, in Scottsdale.
“This health center in Scottsdale, like our other health facilities, is committed to providing comprehensive care for our patients and their families,” says Dr. Shiva Birdi, the chief executive officer of Banner Medical Group. “Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our patients and create personalized care plans with an emphasis on prevention and wellness.”
The offerings at this 10,415-square-foot facility include acute and chronic condition care, geriatric care, immunizations, medication management, minor in-office procedures, newborn and pediatric care, on-site labs, routine physicals, sinus and respiratory care, well-child exams, well-woman exams, on-site registered nurse support.
“It’s super exciting, we are going to have a wide range of offerings for the patients and families here in Scottsdale,” said Dr. David Valenzuela, physician executive for primary care and pediatrics for Banner Medical Group. “It is part of that core foundational strategy for Banner Health’s forays in this market.”
The center is Banner’s second health center in Scottsdale. Banner Health Center Raintree is at 8901 E. Raintree.
The new Pinnacle Peak health center will be home to five providers specializing in internal medicine and family medicine. In the future, additional specialists will rotate through the facility to provide patients with convenient access to care.
