In Business Magazine is pleased to announce that nominations are now officially open for the 2026 Women of Achievement, returning for its highly anticipated 10th year of celebrating the Valley’s most dynamic, influential, and inspiring women leaders.

Each year, 15 exceptional women are selected for their remarkable leadership, professional excellence, innovation, and meaningful impact across Arizona’s business and nonprofit communities. From boardrooms to classrooms, startups to healthcare systems, nonprofits to public service, Women of Achievement honors the women helping shape the future of our region.

Nominations are open now through Friday, July 31, 2026, and community members, colleagues, and organizations are encouraged to nominate outstanding women whose work is transforming industries, empowering others, driving economic growth, and strengthening the fabric of our community.

“Women of Achievement has become one of the Valley’s most inspiring celebrations of leadership because it shines a light on women whose impact often extends far beyond their title or profession,” said Nico Pacioni, Associate Publisher of In Business Magazine. “These women are builders, innovators, mentors, changemakers, and community champions. As we celebrate our 10th year, we are especially excited to recognize a remarkable new class of honorees whose stories deserve to be told.”

The 2026 Women of Achievement Honorees will be prominently featured in the September 2026 issue of In Business Magazine, with in-depth profiles highlighting their professional accomplishments, leadership journeys, and contributions to Arizona’s business and civic landscape.

Honorees will then take center stage at the highly anticipated Women of Achievement Luncheon in October 2026 (date to be announced soon), where hundreds of Valley leaders will gather to celebrate their achievements. A signature highlight of the event will once again feature three honorees delivering powerful TED Talk-style presentations, sharing personal stories of perseverance, leadership, and purpose designed to inspire attendees.

In addition, one distinguished leader will be recognized with the prestigious Linda M. Herold Lifetime Achievement Award, honoring a woman whose lifelong vision, leadership, and service have left a lasting imprint on Arizona.

Over the past decade, Women of Achievement has recognized an extraordinary roster of women, including governors, CEOs, entrepreneurs, nonprofit executives, healthcare leaders, educators, innovators, and civic trailblazers. The 2026 class promises to continue that tradition by spotlighting women whose leadership is moving Arizona forward.

Individual tickets for the 2026 Women of Achievement Luncheon will be available beginning August 2026. Sponsorship opportunities are currently available for organizations looking to align with one of the Valley’s premier celebrations of leadership and excellence.
