Over Easy, the award-winning breakfast concept founded in Phoenix in 2008, is continuing its growth beyond Arizona with the recent opening of its first South Dakota location and plans underway for its first corporate-owned restaurant outside of Arizona.
Located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the new restaurant marks Over Easy’s first location in the state and the first of three planned restaurants in the market through a franchise partnership with The Attic Restaurant Group and operating partner Cade Terveer. The location officially opened its doors in June and welcomed guests with a celebratory grand opening weekend featuring family-friendly specials and brunch favorites.
The expansion represents another milestone for the Arizona-born brand, which has grown from a single neighborhood breakfast spot in Phoenix to one of the country’s fastest-growing breakfast concepts. Known for its made-from-scratch breakfast, brunch and lunch menu, Over Easy has built a loyal following through signature dishes including Banana Nut French Toast, Chilaquiles, Golden Waffle Dogs and the Monte Cristo.

As Over Easy continues its out-of-state expansion, the brand is preparing to open its first corporate-owned restaurant outside Arizona in Boise, Idaho, in early 2027. The Boise location marks the beginning of the brand’s next phase of growth, with additional markets currently being explored as Over Easy continues to expand its footprint.
Today, Over Easy operates 19 locations throughout Arizona and remains committed to delivering the same hospitality-driven experience that helped establish the concept as one of the state’s most beloved breakfast destinations.
