This groundbreaking marks the brand’s third hotel within the state over the last three months and reinforces LivAway’s strategic expansion across the Phoenix market.

Located at 14020 W Mountain View Blvd., this new extended-stay hotel will feature modern, yet practical amenities designed for long-term guests who seek affordability without sacrificing quality. The hotel is strategically located near two medical centers: Banner Del E Webb Medical Center and Banner Boswell Medical Center. It also sits near the Amazon Fulfillment Center, BNSF Automotive Distribution Center, and Red Bull Distribution Center. Being in close proximity to these healthcare hubs and reputable distribution centers, LivAway Suites is poised to be the extended stay hotel for employees on work travel, distribution center trainees, travel nurses, and healthcare patients. The location is also near the spring training facility for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers, attracting sports fans, players, and families visiting Surprise, Arizona.
