Tri Pointe Homes Opens Three Neighborhoods in New Southeast Valley Community

Tri Pointe Homes®, a recognized homebuilder serving the Phoenix market for approximately 30 years under the brand name Maracay®, has announced the opening of the first three neighborhoods at Madera, a 316-acre community located in the popular southeast Phoenix metro city of Queen Creek. Tri Pointe is building a total of 266 single-family homes in the Grove, Orchard and Terrace neighborhoods at Madera, with sales, pre-scheduled appointments and six model home tours currently underway. Customers can also explore online by means of virtual home tours, interactive floor plans, community videos, the online design studio, and more.

Starting from the low $500,000s, the Grove at Madera will offer 105 homesites with homes ranging from about 1,800 to 3,200 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 4.5 bathrooms and 2- to 4-bay garages. Homebuyers can choose from five unique floor plans with open airy designs.

Orchard at Madera will include 70 homesites, with homes starting from the high $500,000s. The floor plans will range from approximately 2,400 to 4,000 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms and 3- to 4-bay garages. Customers can select from four flexible floor plan designs with options such as courtyards and covered outdoor living areas.

Starting from the high $600,000s, the Terrace at Madera will consist of 91 homesites with floor plans ranging from about 2,700 to 4,800 square feet with 3 to 6 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and 2- to 4-bay garages. Homebuyers can choose from five spacious floor plans, each with the ability to personalize flex spaces such as offices, game rooms and outdoor living areas.

Upon completion, Madera plans to feature a long list of amenities, including a 4.6-acre central park with a large pavilion, pool, sport courts, play areas and ramadas. Plans also include a recreation center, parks and nature trails at the community, which will feature a modern entry, tree-lined streets, and enhanced pedestrian circulation.

Madera is located within the Queen Creek Unified School District, which is ranked the second best in Arizona.2 Residents will be close to plentiful shopping and dining and have quick access to the Loop 202 SanTan Freeway and the Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport. The nearby 272-acre Gilbert Regional Park offers an abundance of recreational opportunities, as do the famous Superstition Mountains to the east.
