As a recent Arizona State University graduate, Sabrina Demetriades has had the opportunity to witness firsthand a growing concern in our society — well-qualified and educated individuals struggling to find suitable employment opportunities. Scottsdale is my home and has been for almost my entire life. The relationships that I have built here and my familiarity with the area and its surrounding ones is a great strength.” 

Given her strong background in finance and management, Demetriades sees recruiting as a field where she can leverage her skills — having graduated Summa Cum Laude with dual degrees in finance and management as well as a minor in real estate, with an honors thesis titled “The Importance of Understanding Culture in Business” — to make a meaningful impact on both candidates and clients. Crediting her parents for instilling in her a belief in the importance of education and hard work, she shares, “My family immigrated to the United States from Johannesburg, South Africa, when I was an infant. My parents were driven by the belief that this country offered boundless opportunities for a better life.”
