U.S. Egg, the Valley’s ultimate breakfast and lunch spot, is excited to announce a new partnership with mind and body fitness coach, Kalla Sauls. To support the well-being of its more than 250 employees, and thousands of beloved guests, the restaurant is teaming up with Sauls to launch a new health and wellness initiative that will help the entire U.S. Egg family be fit, strong, and healthy.

“My brothers and I consider the entire U.S. Egg staff and guests to be part of the Gebran family,” said U.S. Egg COO and Co-owner George Gebran. “We are so grateful for all of our employees and guests and understand how stressful the past few years have been, which is why we are so excited to offer a new way for them to engage in physical exercise.

Through the new health and wellness initiative, U.S. Egg is providing its employees with access to online personal training sessions and group fitness classes. Guests of U.S. Egg will also receive the first month of classes free and an additional 20% off discount for the following months. Group class styles will vary weekly but will include mat pilates, strength and conditioning, therapeutic stretching, and yoga practices.

U.S. Egg will also be hosting two free group fitness classes at its Old Town Scottsdale location taught by Sauls. These classes will be on Oct. 17 and Nov. 14, from 7 to 8 am. Guests and employees are welcome and will need to bring a mat, water, and a small towel for a Pilates Strength and Yoga Fusion Class.

In addition, this initiative will also include a 30-day fitness challenge starting on Oct. 3. Participants will work to develop a health and wellness daily routine that consists of a doing a 10-minute morning meditation, enjoying a healthy breakfast, drinking plenty of water, 30 minutes of exercise, avoiding sugary drinks and snacks, and going to bed early. This challenge is open to everyone, and U.S. Egg asks that participants share their journey on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram throughout the month and tagging U.S. Egg (@usegg).

Physical fitness, such as yoga classes, can have a positive impact on one’s mind and body. Not only does daily exercise help individuals manage their weight and strengthen their muscles, it is also known to reduce stress, improve energy, and build confidence.

“I have helped hundreds of people through their health and fitness journey and am excited to be working with the U.S. Egg family to help strengthen their mind-body connection,” said Sauls. “My mission as a coach is to help individuals develop sustainable solutions for lasting health, happiness, and confidence and this starts with both mental and physical exercise.”
