The webinar will provide an overview of the final rule published in the Federal Register on December 9, 2020. The rule takes effect on the same day as the webinar, January 8, 2021. OFCCP published this final rule to clarify the scope and application of the religious exemption. The clarifications OFCCP provides in the final rule will help federal contractors and subcontractors better understand the religious exemption.
