People enjoy dinner on a patio. They’ll love it more if the patio overlooks the beautifully reimagined Hance Park. Put yourself into that picture, not with dinner but as part of the group that takes the iconic firehouse and adapts it into Phoenix’s hottest new restaurant.
Phoenix continues revitalizing Hance Park by putting the only restaurant site with direct access to the park on the market for lease, redevelopment and operation as a full-service restaurant and downtown’s newest culinary destination.
Proposers, small businesses, and restaurateurs will have the opportunity to connect and form local and unique proposing teams.
- Proposers: connect with dozens of small businesses
- Small Businesses: pitch and expand your business
- Restaurateurs: pitch additional locations or new concepts and potentially find new small business vendors.
Requests for Proposal
Later this year, Phoenix will issue a formal request for proposals to lease, adaptively reuse the building, complete improvements and operate a full-service restaurant in the former firehouse. The RFP will follow normal city processes, including the transparency process.
