A job fair is coming to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport on Nov. 16.
Those looking for work will have time to meet with representatives from twenty-some airport vendors and various businesses such as retail, dining, facilities, automotive, mobility services, and other industries. Candidates will have the opportunity to speak with representatives from a fully booked vendor list to discuss available positions, begin the application process, fill out required paperwork and in some cases, have the opportunity to interview on-site.
Hundreds of available positions are looking to be filled including cooks, baristas, cashiers, dishwashers, drivers, sales associates, customer service reps, receptionists, from entry level to supervisors and management. Benefits vary by each company, but may include insurance and retirement options, paid time off, commission bonuses, discounts, parking passes, retention bonuses, employee assistance programs and referral bonuses. Some are also offering hiring bonuses for starting a position.
Companies in attendance will be Ace Parking Services, Allied Universal Security Services, Arizona Lottery, Bio Janitorial Services, Inc., Cam Concessions, Casa Unlimited, Covenant Aviation Security (CAS), Freedom Park Valet Services, Flagship Facility Services, Inc., Hertz, HMS Host, InMotion Entertainment, IPSA Security Services, Kind Hospitality, MAG USA’s (Escape Lounge), Paradies Lagardere, SSP America, and Stellar.
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will take place at the 44th Street PHX Sky Train® Station located at 44th Street and Washington. Facial coverings are required.
