Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. announced that Kate Kaminski has joined the company’s team at Teravalis™ as Chief Operating Officer for the Phoenix Region, under the leadership of recently appointed president Charley Freericks. A real estate and investment industry veteran Ms. Kaminski will help lead operations for the new Howard Hughes community in the Phoenix West Valley as Teravalis approaches its grand opening in 2025.
Ms. Kaminski most recently served as Global Chief Operating Officer with Walton Global Holdings where she led operations for the organization’s global portfolio of companies and land-based real estate holdings. She brings a strategic operational perspective and an extensive track record of partnering with many of the nation’s leading homebuilders to her new role at the 37,000-acre community of Teravalis.

Ms. Kaminski began her career in real estate at Elite Communities in Phoenix after receiving her bachelor’s degree in business management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
