Arizona-based commercial and industrial construction company, Primak Construction Group, has announced the completion of its design-build delivery of a new semi-truck parking and service facility for Maxway Freight, located at 5914 West Monroe Street in Phoenix. Maxway provides specialized freight services in eleven western states.
The three-acre facility includes a ground-up, built-to-suit 4,000 square foot facility to be used for semi-truck parking and service, and a 12,000-gallon automatic fuel dual-dispensing island.

The five-month construction project was completed in August 2025.
