Tri Pointe Homes, a recognized leader serving the Phoenix market for over 30 years under the name Maracay®, has announced the acquisition of 42 single-family homesites in Gilbert, Arizona. Purchased from Bela Flor Communities for $10.7 million, the homesites are situated at the southwest corner of San Tan Blvd. and 172nd Street. The community is slated to open for sales in the first quarter of 2026 with plans to deliver premium homes with proximity to some of the region’s most desirable destinations.

The new gated community is anticipated to feature large open spaces and planned amenities including a tot lot, ramada, and recreation areas including sports courts for pickleball, tennis, basketball, and more. The nearby San Tan Mountains create an ideal backdrop for the community’s spacious and modern homes. Gilbert is a prime location for homeowners, known for its strong economy fueled by industries such as clean technology, renewable energy, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing, attracting businesses and employers to the area thanks to its highly educated population2.
