BH DevCo, a real estate development company specializing in build-to-suit delivery for national tenants in the e-commerce, distribution and fulfillment industries, announced today the firm has experienced strong growth in its first year of operation with a new office location in Phoenix, the addition of two key industry executives to the team, five projects under construction, and multiple projects under development. BH DevCo partners Steve Backman and Tracy Hammer made the announcement.
“In the last 12 months, we’ve had a strong interest in our industrial build-to-suit business model as a result of the rise in e-commerce, and an increasing need for retailers to store and ship products as close to their consumer base as possible,” said Backman. “We’ve experienced amazing growth that has resulted in two industry veterans joining our team, five projects under construction totaling 4.5 million square feet, and several projects currently under development.”
BH DevCo’s new office space is located at The Esplanade Office Towers in Phoenix at 2425 E. Camelback Rd. The firm has added two commercial real estate veterans to its expanding team to provide additional horsepower behind its development execution. Robbie Knight has joined the team as senior director of development services. Knight brings over two decades of experience to BH DevCo leading the execution and delivery of build-to-suit industrial buildings. Josh Rogers also joins the team as director of development, where he will leverage his almost two decades of industry experience engaging in the day-to-day development oversight of all BH DevCo opportunities with a focus on land selection, due diligence and entitlements.

The company’s five projects under construction are located in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. With new projects under development, the firm plans to expand more geographically in 2021 outside of their current Western region focus.
